Custom Shirts & Community Partnerships

At All The Vibez Tees, every custom order is created specifically for you. Because custom items cannot be resold, please review all mockups, sizing, spelling, colors, and order details carefully before approving your design.

Artwork & Setup

Custom orders include a one-time $25 artwork and setup fee, which covers design creation, mockups, revisions, and production preparation.

Design Approval

A digital mockup will be provided for approval before production begins. Once a design is approved, the customer assumes responsibility for all approved details, including spelling, artwork, colors, sizing, and placement.

Design Sizing

Designs are sized using standard apparel printing guidelines and may be adjusted based on garment size to ensure the best overall appearance. A Small and a 3XL will not always receive the exact same print dimensions, as designs are scaled proportionally to fit each garment appropriately.

If you require a specific print size, please discuss this before approving your mockup.

Production

Custom designs are professionally printed using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and applied to 100% cotton shirts. All orders are designed, printed, and shipped from Edmond, Oklahoma.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

However, if an error occurs on our end, we will make it right. This includes:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Printing defects
  • Production errors
  • Damage caused during production

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
