Processing & Handling Times
All items are made to order to give you the freshest vibez possible.
• Standard production time: 5 days
• Peak seasons or holidays: 7–14 business days
(We’ll always work hard to ship sooner!)
Custom or bulk orders may require a little extra time. If so, we’ll message you directly with updated expectations.
Shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Standard shipping within the US: 3–7 business days
• All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best rate and delivery speed
Delivery times are set by the carrier and may vary due to weather, volume, or unforeseen delays.
Combined Orders
Multiple-item orders may ship together or separately depending on inventory and production. Tracking numbers will be sent for each package if split.
Order Changes
You can request changes within 12 hours of placing an order. Because items are made to order, changes after production begins may not be possible — but we’ll always do our best.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, shipping carriers are responsible for final delivery.
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

• Include your name, order number & photos (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout!
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment cost.
