Returns & Exchanges

Because our tees are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or size exchanges if you ordered the wrong size/color selection or change of mind.

IF WE GOT IT WRONG, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!

Please double-check your size using the size chart before ordering.

That said, if there’s a problem with your order, we absolutely have your back.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:
• damaged
• misprinted
• or not what you ordered

Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (USPS0.

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, please check:
• neighbors
• mailbox or mailroom
• porch or delivery area

Then contact the carrier and message us, we’ll help where we can.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production starts, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

How long does it take to make my order?
Each item is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 3–days (not including weekends) before your order ships. We make every effort ship your order quickly.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier (USPS).

Will I get tracking information?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Where do you ship from?
All items are printed and shipped from Edmond, Oklahoma.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We use 100% cotton unisex tees designed for everyday comfort and wear.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right, just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
